I believe all the necessary drivers are available from either Intel or Microsoft. See the link below. There are many incarnations of the Atom series processors. The link below can identify the exact processor in your laptop. From that you can download chipset drivers and graphic drivers, which should cover all the integrated hardware. I needed a cheap netbook for travel and bought a similar product by HP. If yours is the same, it is possible to install additional storage in an SD slot. That would be what the above specs refer to as 'Expandable Storage : Up to 128 GB'. Not that easy to use that storage but possible.
Your unit is useable. If you can't boot into windows you can use a live version of Linux to determine the processor type and then download the drivers to a USB drive.
